Our beloved Christian mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, faithful family member and friend of many, Margarita Valles Aguilar, 78, of Midland, Texas went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and her beloved husband, Jose R. Aguilar, on Sunday, January 13, 2013. She was born February 22, 1934, in Stanton Texas; daughter of Jose and Librada Valles. Margarita was a loyal and dedicated follower of Jesus Christ. She was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe for many years. Margarita leaves a legacy of the value of faith and most importantly, she taught us how to believe in God. She was a mother of prayer with a firm spiritual foundation. She was also a great mix of tenderness and iron-hard strength. This incredible gift from our mother (78 years);offers tribute to the wise lessons she passed on to us.The substantial life deposit made a difference in our lives that will continue to flow forward to many generations to come. She was a remarkable person, a hand crafted addition to Gods awesome creation. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Margarita leaves to celebrate a victorious life in Christ: Four Children John Aguilar (Blanca); Velma Morales (Alfred); Mary A. Montoya (Luis) of Fort Worth; Linda A. Diaz (David); five grandchildren, Amy A. Aguilar, Melissa N. Spence, Monica S. Hernandez, Jacob K. Hernandez, Daniel C. Diaz; six great-grandchildren, Isaiah T. Aguilar, Dominic Sanchez, Demitri Sanchez, John Ross (Jack) Spence, Charlotte Grace Spence, Isaac Lee Hernandez.She is also survived by two brothers, Merced Valles, Jesus Valles; one sister, Lupe Garcia. She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years; and four sisters.A rosary will be held in Midland on Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at 7 pm at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral; 3800 N. Big Spring. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, January 16, at 1:00 pm at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 1401 Garden Lane, Midland, Texas. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.Pallbearers will be: Adolfo Aguilar, Fred Aguilar, Tom Aguilar, Salvador Aguilar, Jacob K.
