Lynda A. Flow, 89, of Midland, Texas, passed away Monday, February 23, 2015 and went home to be with her Heavenly Father after a long battle with Alzheimer’s disease. She was born July 25, 1925 in Palisade, Colorado. She attended Palisade High School and the University of Denver.She married William Ray Flow in 1949 and helped him manage several fruit and vegetable packing businesses in Texas and Louisiana. Later they traveled the United States working in construction and settled in Midland in 1970. She worked in the insurance industry and at the Midland County Courthouse before retiring. Lynda was a devoted wife, wonderful and loving mother and loyal friend. She had a very fun personality and positive outlook on life. Lynda is preceded in death by her husband William Ray Flow.She is survived by her son Lonnie (Rusty) Flow of Midland, Texas, her stepdaughter Billie Lee Kelly and family of Killeen, Texas and nieces Pauline Garcia and family and Patsy Salazar and family both of Denver, Colorado.She was loved by all who knew her including her caregivers Angela Bautista, Mary Carrasco, Mary Villa and special friend Kimberly Huckaba, all of Midland, Texas.Graveside services will be held Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at 3:00 pm at Fairview Cemetery in Midland, Texas.Arrangements are under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home and Crematory of Midland.
