Pallbearers will be Kattlin Long, Charles Willard, Michael Davidson, Covan Davidson, Steve Anderson and Gary StallingsThe family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, July 8, 2016 at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory.Loy was born May 12, 1930 in Howard County to David and Nora Maude (Thomas) Anderson. He married Patsy Reaves February 14, 1959 in Howard County.Loy served in the United States Army from 1951 to 1953. He was a Superintendent of Utilities for the City of Big Spring, retired from CRMWD after 21 years,and then worked for Crim Engineering and Bradshaw Engineering. Loy was a member of the Permian Basin Texas Society of Professional Surveyors and was a Registered Professional Land Surveyor. He is a member of East 4th Street Baptist Church and a deacon since April 1959.Loy is survived by his wife, Patsy; a son, Jay Anderson and wife, Rebel of Abilene; a daughter, Janet Long of Big Spring; four grandchildren, Courtney Long and husband, Charles Willard, Kattlin Long, Michael Anderson, and Justin Anderson; three great-grandchildren, Rylan Willard, Levi Willard, and Ari Anderson; niece Faye Stallings and husband, Raymond; three nephews, Eddie Waguespack, Larry Waguespack and wife, Marlene, and Steve Anderson and wife, Phyllis.He was preceded in death by his parents, David and Maude Thomas Anderson; three sisters, Eva Waguespack, Zelma Newton, and Ruby Reaves; two brothers, Ray Anderson and J. C.
