Memorial services will be held at 3:30 PM Friday, April 30, 2004 at Columbia United Methodist Church with Rex Carleton, officiating. Graveside funeral services will be held at 4:00 PM Saturday, May 1, 2004 at Mt. Olive Memorial Park in Big Spring with Dr. Dave Ring, pastor of First United Methodist Church in Big Spring, officiating.He was born on July 28, 1923, in Bremen, Indiana.Survivors include his wife, Jo Carothers of Columbia Lakes; a daughter and son-in-law, Jo Dale Carothers and Jeffrey J.
