Lottie Heckler Harris, 87, of Big Spring, died on Sunday, September 3, 2006, at her residence. Graveside servicess will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, September 6, 2006 at the Peace Chapel at Trinity Memorial Park with Carroll Kohl, retired minister officiating.The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6 PM to 7 PM at the funeral home.She was born on November 2, 1918, in Vernon, Texas, and married George Heckler on April 17, 1948 in Big Spring. He preceded her in death on July 29, 1987.Lottie then married Denver Harris on April 15, 1990 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He also preceded her in death on June 16, 1998. She was a homemaker, a lifelong resident of Big Spring, and was a member of the Lutheran Church.Survivors include one daughter, Wanda Brock; and one granddaughter and her husband, Amanda and Jacob Cavazos; and one great grandson, Talon Cavazos, all of Big Spring; two sisters, Molly Thurmand of Monahans, and Grace Hobson of Jal, New Mexico; and numerous nieces and nephews.
