Beth Brown, 85, of Midland passed away on Thursday, October 16, 2014 in Houston, TX. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 21, 2014 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home in Midland. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church Chapel in Midland. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, October 23, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at Plainview Cemetery in Plainview, TX.She was born October 9, 1929 to Joseph Bailey (J.B.) and Bernice McAdams in Plainview, Texas. She married Wendell L. Brown on September 16, 1949. Beth was a loving servant of our Lord Jesus Christ.She is survived by her husband, Wendell Leon Brown, Sr. of Midland; son, Wendell L. “Scooter” Brown, Jr. of Midland; son, Michael L. Brown of Bluff Dale, TX; daughter, Teri Beth Smith of League City, TX; 7 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren.In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to the charity of your choice.Arrangements are under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory of Midland.
