Lisa Rose Montanez Rupe, 29, of Midland passed away on Saturday, January 20, 2007 in Midland from an automobile accident. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Thursday, January 25, 2007 at Second Baptist Church, 3125 Travis, in Midland with Rev. Tom Revilla, Associate Pastor, officiating. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, January 24th from 6:00 PM 8:30 PM. She was born December 30, 1977 in Lansing, Michigan to Orlando Montanez, Jr. and Laurie Lee Smith Montanez. She was raised in Midland and attended Midland Lee. She graduated from Webberville High School in Lansing, Michigan in 1996. She served in the U.S. Army, returned to Midland, and graduated as a dental assistant from Southeastern Career Institute in Midland. She loved being with her children, and she was a Baptist. She is survived by her 1 daughter: Lilyrose Rupe of Midland; 2 sons: Andre Grant of Newborn, Georgia and Quinn Rupe of Midand; parents: Orlando and Laurie Montanez, Jr. of Midland; 1 brother: Robert Montanez and wife Jennifer of Midland and their daughter, Kairi; grandparents: Orlando and Irene Montanez, Sr. of Midland and Neil and Bonnie Ketchum of Webberville, Michigan; father of Lilyrose and Quinn: Roger Rupe, Jr. of Midland; and many aunts, uncles, and friends.,
