Linda Sue Wilkins

Linda Sue Wilkins of Midland, TX passed away on Thursday, June 13, 2024, at the young age of 76.  Linda was born on September 9, 1947 in Amarillo, TX to Bill and Alverta Gregory.  The family will receive guests from 5:00pm-6:00pm, Friday, July 5, 2024, at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be held at 10:00am, Saturday, July 6, 2024, at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home Chapel, followed by interment at Resthaven Memorial Park.

Linda’s smile and laugh would light up any room and she loved her family deeply.  She had a warm and compassionate soul and served selflessly by caring for others as a Registered Nurse for over four decades.  She knew that every day she would touch a life, or a life would touch hers.  She believed in living life to the fullest while you have it, and that life is a splendid gift to cherish.  And truth be told, she probably loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren more than anyone else and was always ready for some playtime.

Linda is survived by her eldest daughter Joanna Wilkins, her youngest daughter Holly Isom and husband Billy, her brothers David Gregory and Sam Gregory and wife Rachel, her brother-in-law David Wilkins and wife Lori, her eldest granddaughter Taylor Christopher and husband Hall, her youngest granddaughter Aubrey Isom, her great grandsons Witten Christopher and Tilden Christopher, and many nephews and nieces.

Linda is preceded in death by her husband Donald Wilkins, her parents Bill and Alverta Gregory, and her sister-in-law Terri Gregory.
