Linda Jeanne Doerr, 53, of Midland, died on Wednesday, September 4, 2002, in Lubbock. Funeral services will be held at 9:00 AM Saturday, September 7, 2002 at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Chapel in Midland with Chaplain Rick Foster, officiating. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery Midland.She was born on March 16, 1949, in Tulsa, Oklahoma and married Robert Doerr on November 29, 1971 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was a graduate of McClain High School in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Jeanne attended the University of Tulsa, Northeastern State University, and graduated from the University of Texas, of the Permian Basin. She held teaching positions at Monte Cassino in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Dulles Elementary School, in Sugar Land, Texas. Jeanne was a very active and dedicated volunteer for Santa Rita Elementary School and the PTA of Midland, Texas.She was a graduate of McClain High School in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
