My heart aches to hear of this news - I can still see her smiling face and hear her excitable voice as we were working on a design project here in Dallas. Prayers of comfort and healing to all who were touched by her - xxoo

Leslie spread elegance, class and grace everywhere she went. Her business and design savvy were matched by her kindness, faith and personal interest in others. What a loss to her family, community and industry. I will always treasure the time that I got to be a writer for the Hadley Court blog and help build up and manage the Hadley Court Facebook page. I grew and learned so much as a person and professional & it was truly a privilege to work for her for that season. Leslie always sent a Christmas card showcasing her beautiful children/family, along with a delicious Texas beef tenderloin each year. It was great to "watch" Amy & Grant grow up over the years in the cards. I will miss Leslie, and offer my sincere, prayerful condolences.

It just doesn't even seem real that this world has lost such a funny, gifted, and very talented soul in Leslie. I remember when she was so excited (and nervous!) to go on the blind date with Lee, and how she was walking on clouds the next day! It was wonderful seeing her find love in Lee. Blessings, prayers of strength and comfort to Karolyn, Karmen, Lee and kids. 💜

I joined the memorial service of Leslie today via livestream. While I didn’t know Leslie well, I was so blessed by the eulogies, music, and profound words and scripture of Steve Schorr! I was blessed by the things that were shared about her life and it made me want to be a better Christ follower. God bless you, Lee, Amy, Grant, Karolyn, Karmen and families in the days and weeks to come.

My heart hurts for all of you so deeply. Please know that we all acknowledge the world will be a little less elegant and classy and loved. Leslie always made me feel special and obviously, she made everyone else feel the same way. She smiled and was always so interested in my life. Karolyn, Karmen, Lee, Amy and Grant (and others I mostly likely did not mention) I cannot imagine losing someone you love that much. I hope you all feel the prayers and love for all your friends.
