Leigh Ann Pace

Leigh Ann Pace, 58 of Midland, passed away on Friday, June 2, 2017. A Celebration of Life will begin at 1:00pm on Saturday, June 10, 2017 at Nalley-Pickle and Welch Funeral Home Chapel.Leigh Ann was born on December 25, 1958 in Midland, Texas to Byron and Georgia Pace. In 1981, she graduated with her bachelors of science in computer science from NTSU. She enjoyed her career as a computer programmer and made several great friends through her work. Leigh Ann was always the life of the party and her personality could brighten up any room. She loved traveling with her friends and making new friends along the way. If you ever needed cheering up, Leigh Ann was the best person for the job. Leigh Ann was also a life-long animal lover and loved her pets very much. Leigh Ann will be greatly missed by all of her friends and family, but will always be remembered.Leigh Ann is survived by her brother, Les Pace and wife Ann of Midland, Texas; brother, Brad Pace of Midland, Texas; step-mother, Betty Kaye Pace of Clarksville, Texas; aunt, Mary Roberts of Farmers Branch, Texas; nephew, Chris Pace of Dallas, Texas; nieces, Amy Pace of Brooklyn, New York and Ashley Pace of San Antonio, Texas; and countless friends.Leigh Ann is preceded in death by her parents, Byron and Georgia Pace.The family would like to express their gratitude towards her many friends and extended family during this time.In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Lone Star Sanctuary for Animals, 4200 N Fairgrounds Rd, Midland, TX 79705, or a charity of choice.Arrangements are under the direction of Nalley-Pickle and Welch Funeral Home and Crematory of Midland.
