Leelan C. Marrow

Leelan Marrow, 68, of Big Spring, died on Sunday, December 23, 2007, at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, December 27, 2007 at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel with Dr. Rev. Andrew Kasner , officiating. The family will receive friends at their home.He was born on April 2, 1939, in Levelland, Texas and married Edith Jane Davis on May 12, 1968 in London, England.Leelan loved fishing and hunting with his grandkids and brothers and enjoyed spending time with his family especially his grandchildren. He was ever thoughtful of everyone, especially young children. He was a Baptist.Survivors include his wife, Jane Marrow of Big Spring; two sons, Norman Hughes and wife, Lori of Midland, and Monte Glenn Marrow of Lovington, New Mexico; one daughter, Gina Ruth Marrow of Roswell, New Mexico; two brothers, Joe Don Marrow of Big Spring, and Grady Marrow and wife, Rita of Duluth, Minnesoto; three sisters, Anna Marrow of San Angelo, Deborah Mata and husband, Harvey of Corona, California, and LaQuitha Jo Chavez of Yuma, Arizona; three grandsons, one great grand daughter; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents. The family suggests memorials be made to the American Heart Association, 3205 W.
