Lawrence “Larry” Charles Clements

Lawrence Charles Clements, 45 of Midland, TX, passed away on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, in Houston, TX following a brief illness. Services will be held privately at a later time.

Larry was born on July 31, 1979, in Abilene, TX to Marshall and Lauren (Ableson) Clements. He married Gwendolyn (Wendy) Davis on October 19, 2013, in Big Spring, TX. Larry was an appraiser at Midland Central Appraisal District for almost 10 years. He enjoyed listening to music and playing his guitar in his spare time. 

Survivors include his wife, Wendy Clements of Midland; one daughter and son-in-law, Hailey and Bobby Lloyd of Lapel, Indiana; two grandchildren, Jaylah and Blaze Lloyd; one sister and brother-in-law, Becky and T.J. Young of Virgina Beach, Virginia; one nephew, Liam Young; and his mother, Lauren Abelson Clements of Midland, TX.

Larry is preceded in death by his father, Marshall Dave Clements; and one grandson, Jaxon Michael Dean Lloyd.

The family would like to express their gratitude towards Midland Memorial Hospital and Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Midland Memorial Foundation or the Midland College Foundation.
