LaVesta Lee Clark Cargile, 72, devoted wife, mother, and sister, passed away on January 11, 2013. She was born to Clarence and Sybel Clark on November 12, 1940.LaVesta was born and raised in Midland. She met and married her wonderful husband of 55 years, Elva Cargile, an Air Force veteran and Midland firefighter on June 14, 1957.LaVesta loved to read. She was an amazing seamstress and enjoyed crafting. She also enjoyed playing Solitaire and Words with Friends. Her quirky sense of humor could make you howl with laughter.LaVesta is survived by her siblings, Carolyn Jackson of Midland, Texas, Gwyn Wright of Victoria, Texas, Donna Randolph of Greenwood, Texas, C.A. Clark of Perryton, Texas, Tony Clark of Kemah, Texas, and their lovely families.She also left behind a lifetime of wonderful memories to her husband, Elva Cargile of Midland, Texas.LaVesta and Elva raised four children together: Lanny Cargile of Kingwood, Texas and wife Patti, Terry Cargile of Midland, Texas and wife Vicki, DeLaine Coons of Satellite Beach, Florida and husband Dave, and Shari Cargile-DiNonno of Austin and husband Joe.To add to her lifetime legacy, she prided in her eight amazing grandchildren and two terrific great grandchildren. She also loved numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.Mama, Wife, Sister, Grandmother, Aunt You will be missed. Thank you for all you gave.
