Laura Ann Coker

Laura Ann Coker, 67, of Big Spring, passed away Saturday, February 7, 2026, in Midland.  She will lie in state Thursday, February 12, 2026 from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home.  The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm that evening.  Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm, Friday, February 13^th at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel with Dr. Michael Seay, pastor of Midway Baptist Church, officiating.

Laura was born to parents Haskell Coker and Mary Frances (Hambrick) Coker in Spur, Texas.  She lived in Big Spring most of her life.  Laura had worked at Superrod for a number of years. She loved cooking for her grandchildren and spending time with all her family especially her husband.

Laura is survived by her husband Albert Edens of 43 years; her daughter Andrea Bennett; one son Jason Edens; grandchildren Blake Baldock, Anatasha Coker, Ashley Baldock, Kaylee Coker, Jeremy Coker, Courtney Coker, Naomi Edens and Joy Edens; and six great grandchildren.  She is also survived by two sisters Mary and Sharon and one brother Richard.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son Jeremiah Coker and granddaughter Shawna; a sister Ruby and brother Jim.
