Larry Villa, 44 of Midland, Texas passed away peacefully on June 9, 2025. A visitation will begin at 8:00 am on June 13, 2025 at The Branch at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory. Services will be at 1:00 June 13, 2025 at The Branch at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory. A meal will be served following services at First Assembly of God.

Larry was born on August 11, 1980 in Midland, Texas to George Villa and Sylvia Villarreal, and was raised by Brenda Andrade. He was a dedicated and loving husband to Mayra Villa for 25 years and a proud father to Jayden Villa, Genesis Villa, and Grace Villa. Larry loved cooking and spending time with his family. He was known for his outgoing personality, his ability to make everyone laugh, and comfort those around him. He had a diligent and hard-working approach to any and all tasks.

Larry is survived by his father George Villa (Tina Villa), mother Sylvia Villareal, mother Brenda Chavez Huitron, brother George Villa, sister Norma (Daniel) Estrada, sister Ashley Villa (Nikki Vega), sister Stephanie Al-Ajba, Cristina (Jose) Guzman, Michelle Mancha, Robi (Tony) Galindo, George Arsiaga, Matthew (Bibi) Arsiaga, wife Mayra Villa, son Jayden Villa, daughter Genesis Villa, daughter Grace Villa, mother in law Maria Acosta, brother in law David (Victoria) Gonzales, brother in law Tydan Enriquez, brother in law Mark Rutiaga (Reagan Wheeler), sister in law Maria Gonzales and many uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and good friends.

Larry is preceded in death by Larry and Ninfa Villarreal, Anita Villarreal, Juan Villarreal, and Eddie Mancha.

Just wanted to give my condolences to the Villa family. I worked with Larry for many years at different wireline companies, he was one of the funniest guys I knew. He was more of a brother I never had than a friend. Could be mad one minute then full of laughter the next. I know Mary was proud of his kids Jaydon and the twins he was always talking about them and their achievements. Larry and I saw two old men at McDonalds eating breakfast laughing at all the young people rushing to work, while they took their sweet time to eat theirs and no rush. Larry and I looked at each other and said that was going to be him and me when we retire. We also always talked about when we got old we would both have rocking chairs next to each other just enjoying life and laughing. So save me rocker for when I get there brother.

Larry and I worked together at Arklatex and have always stayed in touch with each other . Larry was funny and one of the best men I have ever had the pleasure of know. I know how much he loves his family. He will always be some to look up too and admire… rest easy brother you will be missed …
