We have known L.C. Cox since the 50's.He & his family would come to our business to visit with our Dad,Harold W. Norris who was LC's cowboy bootmaker. We were close to his son Gary also.Dad & LC enjoyed many a long conversation (solving many of the world's problems). He & Dad are probably conversing even now.

I met L.C. Cox some 35 years ago when he was in the Welding Business and knew his Son Gary. I use to loan money to L. C. on a weekly basis and always got paid in full. I worked for a division of the First National Bank of Midland, in Midland and Odessa, Texas (KBK Financial, Inc.). LC was a Very Hard Working Honest Man that I admired and trusted as a Friend. Sorry to hear about his passing. He was a Hero. Ron and Leah Sutcliffe December 19, 2008
