Kevin C. Junkin, 45, of Big Spring, died on Sunday, October 7, 2001, at his residence. No services are planned. He was born on March 30, 1956 in Mississippi and married Tina Menden on January 31, 1986 in Little Rock, Arkansas. Kevin moved to Big Spring five years ago. He worked for the VA Medical Center as a histopathology technician the past 5 years. He loved traveling and camping in the outdoors. He was a good father and husband. He was a member of Baptist Temple Church. Survivors include his wife, Tina Junkin of Big Spring; two sons, Jeremy Junkin of Cleveland, Ohio and Joshua Junkin of Big Spring; one daughter, Katie Junkin of Big Spring; one brother, Gary Junkin of Little Rock, Arkansas; one niece and a cousin. Arrangements under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home.,
