Kenneth Taylor Scott, 79, of Big Spring, died Tuesday, October 11, 2016 in a Lubbock hospital. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, October 15, 2016 at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel. Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Park.The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Friday, October 14, 2016 at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home.Kenneth was born October 1, 1937 in Luther, Texas and married Mary Elizabeth Duncan, June 1, 1957 in Garden City. She preceded him in death June 2, 2004.Kenneth loved to camp, hunt and fish, especially with his favorite buddy, his wife. He served in the First Division of the United States Army. He was a member of the Midway Baptist Church.Kenneth is survived by two daughters, Alisa Jaird and husband, Mike and Sonceia Lowery and husband, Kerry all of Sand Springs; a grandson, Hunter Lowery; a granddaughter, Erin Lowery; a sister, Sarabeth Hodges and husband, Bob of Comanche; a sister-in-law Martha Moore of Big Spring; a brother-in-law Royal Duncan of Abilene; and numerous nieces and nephews.In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by his parents Ernest Trailer and Audra (Taylor) Scott; a brother, E.
