Ken was born on a snowy day in Andrews, Texas, November 22, 1957, to Noble and Billie Craig. He lived in Andrews and attended school there through 12th grade where he was a member of the 1976 State Golf Team. He graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1980 with a mechanical engineering degree. He was a third generation oil industry employee working for Amoco, OXY, Henry Petroleum and, most recently, Concho Resources.Ken had many passions in his lifetime. First and foremost was time spent with his family, especially the “time spent at his happiest place on earth”, Disneyworld. He loved the Dallas cowboys and collecting sports memorabilia. Halloween and Christmas were his favorite holidays as demonstrated by his decorations and light displays. He began playing golf at the age of 12 with his father and older brother and continued his love for the sport throughout his life. His engaging smile and dry sense of humor will be greatly missed by his many friends and family. He was a man of strong faith and a quiet trust in God. Ken was a humble man of integrity, leaving his family a legacy of faith and love.He is survived by his wife Jan, daughter Kelly Cordova and husband Diego, daughter Beth Elza and husband Trevor and two grandchildren, Jack and Claire. He is also survived by his brother Robert Craig and his wife Jan, his sister Betty Underwood and several nieces and nephews.
