Kelly Douglas Tucker of Midland, Texas passed away December 6, 2023, surrounded by family, friends he considered to be family and his pug, Hiro.
Kelly was born April 1, 1964, to Cecil and Vivian Tucker. He graduated from Permian High School in 1982 and attended the University of Texas El Paso. Kelly had a long legacy of managing and was a natural born leader. Kelly worked at Rogers Ford for thirty years and was the General Manager for twenty years where he led many employees and worked along side the Rogers family to create one of the finest car dealerships in the Permian Basin.
Kelly was always taking on projects to keep himself busy, from opening restaurants, flipping houses, oilfield business, and even getting into the business of raising quail. Kelly was constantly keeping himself busy but having so much fun while doing it.
When Kelly wasn’t at work, he enjoyed spending time at his ranch or in his pool, always surrounded by his daughter and grandkids or friends that he considered family. He was impossible not to love and had a way of making everyone around him feel special, while also teasing them.

He is survived by his daughter, Cassity Tucker and grandchildren Madden, Duke and Meredith Moore, sister, Carla Horkey, brother Ronald Tucker and his wife Juanice, sister-in-law Regina Tucker, his dog Hiro, and countless friends.
