I can't begin to imagine the world without Kaye. I am sure she is catching up with Uncle Herbie, Aunt Rubye, Momma Gertie, Billy Herbert, Dad and so many others. Kaye would do things like that. We were born 7 months exactly apart (she was older) . I know her immediate family will surely miss her checking on them and giving advice. Always remember her ending our telephone calls with "I'm so glad you called. Love you girl always will, Billy Clark

Oh my dearest friend Kaye, i’m still in shock hearing the news about you being gone from this life! I can’t imagine your laughter not being heard around here anymore. You are such a dear friend and I’m glad that I got to know you better after the State. I know that you were friends with my sister Sue and y’all had many many memories when she passed and I can only imagine how it’s been since you left here on Saturday. I know that you have recalled all the memories that you stocked up on so you could share with each other. Sue loved you so much and I grew to love you as well. The last three or four years that I was able to come to your home and visit with you and Daryl will always be cherished and treasured memories. Rest now my friend and enjoy the beauty of heaven and all the friends and family that I’ve gone on before you. I love you and until we meet again. Go rest high up on that mountain! 😭💔🥰❤️🙏 Kay Rodgers Flowers

We met a a Big Spring Reunion and within minutes we knew we would be friends forever. A Texan and a gal originally from the East Coast, imagine our surprise. She came to upstate New York to visit and we drove all over to see the Amish. After she returned home, every time I could I sent her a new picture taken of them. Kater and I often talked on the phone and did lots of video chats. I got to meet many of her family members that way. I met her grandchildren and felt so connected. We had our reservation planned for the year COVID 1st hit, and all flights were canceled. We were hoping this last April we would be able to come but Texas was a red state with Covid, so thought it was best not to come until October, little did we know we would never get to see each other in person again this side of heaven. I will love and miss her forever. Thanks Kater, for making me feel like family.
