Karen Jeannine Broughton Harry, 56, of Odessa, passed away on Sunday, November 29, 2009 at her sister's residence. A gathering, in Karen's honor, will be held at 1:00 pm, Saturday, December 5, 2009 at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory in Midland.Karen was born June 11, 1953 in Morton, Texas to Truman G. Broughton, Jr. and Bonnie Jean Carter Broughton. She was married to Howard "Buddy" Harry on November 19, 1999. Her husband preceded Karen in death on August 19, 2006.Survivors include her son Robert A. Bentley and wife Melinda of Euless; two grandchildren Abigale Bentley and Jaden Bentley of Euless; father and mother Truman G. Broughton, Jr. and Bonnie Jean Broughton of Odessa; two brothers and one sister Lynn Broughton and wife Lenora, Diane Penn and husband Ben, all of Odessa, and Gary Broughton and wife Amber of Grand Prairie; one nephew, five nieces and six great nieces and nephews.Arrangements are under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory of Midland.
