JUNE WICKHAMZetta June Wickham, 81, of Midland, passed away on September 22nd at Trinity Haven nursing center. June was born in Wichita Falls, Texas on June 29,1926 to David Walter and Anna Elizabeth Herd Myers.She married Julian Earl Wickham on December 13, 1946, and they celebrated 60 years of marriage in 2006. June is survived by her husband; two daughters, Davida Delozier of Midland and Julie Hillard of Hobbs, New Mexico; two sons, Jeff of Midland and David of Dallas; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents.Mrs. Wickham was a faithful member of the Church of Christ where she taught ladies bible classes for many years. She was very involved in world bible school, sending lessons to over 5000 students. June worked as a registered nurse for over 35 years. Her passion in nursing was labor and delivery where she assisted in delivering countless babies, including all but one of her grandchildren.A memorial service will be held September 26th at 2:00 pm at the North A and Tennessee Church of Christ with Don Mitchell, officiating. A graveside service will be held on September 27th in Farmer, Texas.Arrangements are made under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory of Midland.
