Judy Lynn Bisgard joined The Lord early Saturday morning June 30, 2018. Her parents, J.R. Bailey and Essie Black Bailey, brother Edwin Bailey, husband Michael Norman Bisgard, and dear friends and relatives throughout her life greeted her upon her arrival to His eternal kingdom. Judy joins them in guarding over and preparing for the eventual arrival of her only son Brian Michael Bisgard, brother Jerald Ray Bailey, sister Sharon Dale Stuard, sister Janet Louise Bean, sister Shirley Dean Nipp, brother Robert Bailey, Cristina Lopez, and countless other nephews, nieces, cousins, and loved ones to God’s promised paradise.Judy is the youngest of seven children born to J.R. and Essie Bailey, which blessed her with the ability to enjoy and cultivate uniquely strong relationships with her numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews. She spent her childhood in Midland, Texas, where she graduated from Midland High School with the class of 1973. Though she lived throughout Texas and even briefly Oklahoma, Judy never slackened the familial ties that bound her to Midland, particularly the one between her and her lifelong best friend, Patricia Barnett. Since 2006 Judy worked as the office manager at Centripump Inc., where her coworkers, especially her dearest nephew, friend, confidant, and brother, John Stuard, remember a woman of infinite strength and selflessness. They note her maternal insistence on creating a unique and personal relationship with everyone she worked with. Judy’s indelible presence remains as endless love and admiration in the hearts of the people whose lives she celebrated. She is the truest personification of God’s love, a blessing gone too soon.A Gathering to celebrate Judy’s life will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Friday, July 6, 2018 at the Branch at npw, 3800 N Big Spring Street in Midland.Arrangements are under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory in Midland.
