Juanita T. Dominguez, age 54, of Midland, Texas, passed away on June 15, 2026.
Juanita was a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished grandmother, beloved sister, aunt, and daughter.
She is survived by her husband, Daniel Dominguez, Sr.; her son, Daniel Dominguez, Jr.; and her daughter, Zaylie Dominguez, and husband, Isaiah Ayala. She was a proud grandmother to Eliaz Amezquita and Eliyana Amezquita.
Juanita is also survived by her mother, Francisca Talamantes of Garden City, Texas; her sister, Cristina Montes; her brothers, Pete Talamantes, Jr. of Garden City, Texas, and Hector Talamantes and Mike Talamantes of Midland, Texas; along with numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Pedro Talamantes, Sr., and her twin sister.
Juanita was known for her beautiful smile and the joy she brought to everyone around her. She had a giving heart and was always willing to help others in any way she could. Whether through a kind word, a helping hand, or simply her presence, she made a lasting impact on those fortunate enough to know her. A true warrior, Juanita faced life’s challenges with courage and strength, yet she will be remembered most as the life of the party—someone who could brighten any room and bring people together with laughter and love. She leaves behind a legacy of kindness, generosity, and unwavering love for her family and friends.
A Funeral Mass celebrating Juanita’s life will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Lawrence Catholic Church in St. Lawrence, Texas. A reception will follow at the Glasscock County Senior Citizen Center in Garden City, Texas.
The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has called, visited, offered support, and extended a helping hand during this difficult time. They kindly ask for continued prayers as they navigate the days ahead and find comfort in the cherished memories of Juanita’s life.
Though she is no longer with us, Juanita’s love, strength, and spirit will live on forever in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
