Juanita Conway, 74, of Big Spring, died on Wednesday, April 25, 2001, in a Midland hospital. Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Saturday, April 28, 2001, at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel with Rev. Herb McPherson, pastor of Calvary Baptist Church and Rev. Dudley Mullins, pastor of East Fourth Street Baptist Church, officiating. Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Park. She was born on February 23, 1927 in Big Spring, Texas and married L. B. Conway on October 22, 1946 in Big Spring, Texas. Mrs. Conway was a lifelong resident of Big Spring. She worked in insurance and real estate for 27 years. She had worked for McDonald Realty and was a homemaker. She enjoyed cooking, painting and crafts. Mrs. Conway was a member of East Fourth Street Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, L. B. Conway of Big Spring; one son and daughter-in-law, Larry Bob and Linda Conway of Big Spring; one daughter and son-in-law, Karen and Ernie McCuistian of Big Spring; one sister, Leta Mae Hitt of Zachary, Louisiana; and two granddaughters, Michelle Taylor and husband, Jody and Christina McCuistian all of Waco. Pallbearers will be Russell Buske, Clay Harris, Lee Harris, Greg Ryan, Grady Wilbanks and Terry Wegman. Honorary pallbearers will be Buster Davidson and A. C. Chavera.
