Juan Sanchez Salazar, de 71 años, originario del Rancho de Los Garcia, municipio de Meoqui, Chihuahua, fallecio tranquilamente el 28 de Marzo. Fue hijo de Juanito y Gregoria Sanchez Salazar.
Los servicios funerarios se llevaran a cabo de Nalley – Pickle & Welch y Nuestra Señora de la Virgen de Guadalupe.
Juan vivio una vida plena, rodeado de amor, risas y su gran pasion: la jardineria. Nada le hacia mas feliz que pasar el dia al aire libre compartiendo con su familia. Fue un gran guerrero que lucho contra el cancer y vencio; sin embargo, Dios vio que ya estaba cansado y decidio llamarlo a descansar entre sus brazos.
Le sobreviven su esposa de 21 años, Mary Lou; sus hijos: Sebastian Sanchez, Severina Sanchez (Naomi), Marcos Sanchez (Flora), Heather Hernandez (Ramon), Helen Arrieta (Eric) y Hope Hernandez.
Tambien le sobreviven sus hermanos: Ramiro Sanchez (Aurora) y Baudilio Sanchez (Rosa Maria); sus hermanas: Gelina Perez Sanchez (Bernardo) y Silvia Rodriguez Sanchez (Jesus); asi como numerosos sobrinos, sobrinas, nietos y bisnietos.
Juan se ha reunido en la paz del Señor con sus padres, Juanito y Gregoria Sanchez Salazar, su hermana, Evangelina Sanchez; sus hermanos: Mamerto Sanchez, Jose Sanchez, Fidel Sanchez, Antelmo Sanchez, Roberto Sanchez, Miguel Angel Sanchez; y su hijo, Juan Sanchez Jr.
La familia desea expresar su mas profundo agradecimiento a Texas Oncology, Baylor Scott & White de Dallas, Hospice of Midland, y a todos aquellos que brindaron su apoyo y cariño durante sus ultimos dias de vida.
Los servicios funerarios estan bajo de Nalley – Pickle & Welch of Midland el 1 de Abril a las 5 de la tarde y la misa bajo de Nuestra Señora de la Virgen de Guadalupe el 2 de Abril a las 10 de la mañana.
Juan Sanchez Salazar, 71 years old, born in El Rancho de Los Garcia, municipality of Meoqui, Chihuahua, passed away peacefully on March 28, 2026. His parents were Juanito & Gregoria Sanchez Salazar.
Funeral services will be under the direction of Nalley – Pickle & Welch and Our Lady of Guadalupe.
Juan lived a full and plentiful life, filled with love, laughter & his passion for gardening. Nothing made him happier than spending the day outside with family. He fought a tough fight with cancer & beat it! However, God saw that he was tired and decided to call him home into his arms to rest.
He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Mary Lou Sanchez; his kids: Sebastian Sanchez, Severina Sanchez (Naomi), Marcos Sanchez (Flora), Heather Hernandez (Ramon), Helen Arrieta (Eric), and Hope Hernandez.
He is also survived by his brothers: Ramiro Sanchez (Aurora) and Baudilio Sanchez (Rosemary); his sisters Gelina Perez Sanchez (Bernardo) and Silvia Rodriguez Sanchez (Jesus); and numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
He is reunited in death with his parents: Juanito & Gregoria Sanchez Salazar; his sister: Evangelina Sanchez; his brothers: Mamerto Sanchez, Jose Sanchez, Fidel Sanchez, Antelmo Sanchez, Roberto Sanchez, Miguel Angel Sanchez, and his son: Juan Sanchez Jr.
The family wishes to express their most sincere thanks to the staff and providers at Texas Oncology, Baylor Scott & White of Dallas, Hospice of Midland, and to all the family that has provided support & love during his last days.
Visitation and Rosary provided by Nalley Pickle & Welch April 1st, 2026 at 5pm. Mass provided by Our Lady of Guadalupe April 2nd, 2026 at 10am.
