Joyce Ann Morris

Joyce Ann Morris of Midland, TX passed away into the arms of Jesus on October 25, 2025.

Joyce was born to Willy Clifford Canada, (his nickname was Red) and to Ruby Lee Bollinger, on November 30,1942. Joyce loved fishing, telling stories, arts and crafts, getting her nails done, cooking and living life to the fullest. She was a friendly person, with a smile as big as the sun. She never met a stranger. She is loved by everyone and a joy to anyone who knew her.

Joyce is survived by her son Wilfred Roy Clawson Jr.; her daughter Teresa Gayle Washburn; son in law Dale Washburn; son Daniel Wayne Clawson; daughter in law Amy Clawson; daughter Kimberley Ann Alexander; son in law Jay Alexander. She had twelve grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

Joyce is preceded in death by her son Bobby Joe Morris, her father and mother and several siblings.

The family would like to send a special “thanks” to devoted friends and Focus Care Hogan Park and their nursing staff and the staff at Heart-to-Heart Hospice.

Graveside services will be at Fairview Cemetery, 1620 N. A Street in Midland TX on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at 10.00am.
