It’s hard to find the words to describe what Johnny meant to me and the effect he had on my life. His guidance and help when I started my career as a drilling consultant was indispensable. I probably wouldn’t have been successful without him. One of my favorite things about him was that you never had to wonder what he was thinking. If he wasn’t happy with something, he had no trouble expressing his displeasure. The world is a poorer place without him and I’m a better person for having known him.
