Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Park in Big Spring.She was born on August 22, 1920, in Hopkins County, Texas and married Leonard Coleman on October 12, 1939 in Lamesa, Texas.Mrs. Coleman had worked as the cafeteria manager for Ackerly ISD and as a bookeeper for Coleman Grain, Paymaster Gin and Farmer's CO-OP Gin. She liked to sew and cook and enjoyed playing 42 and Skip Bo. She loved her family and friends.She had been a member of the Ackerly United Methodist Church since the early 1940's.Survivors include her husband, Leonard Coleman of Ackerly; one son & daughter-in-law, Eugene and Brenda Coleman of Midland; one daughter & son-in-law, Wanda Sue and Bill Austin of Granbury; one brother, Marion McAnear of Lemon Grove, California; 5 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.The family will receive from 5 PM to 7 PM Thursday at the funeral home.Arrangements under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory of Big Spring.
