John Michael Soza, 29, of Midland, Texas, passed away on October 15, 2023, in Midland. He was born on August 4, 1994, in Midland, Texas. John had an upbeat and loving personality. His infectious smile and unquenchable love for life made him the life of the party. John had an undeniable charisma that allowed him to meet people from all walks of life, expanding his horizons in every direction.

John is survived by his mother, Helen Soza, his father, Robert Soza, his brother, Gabe Soza and sister, Marisol Soza. He had a close-knit relationship with his family and cherished the time spent with them.

John attended St. Ann’s Catholic School for his primary education and later graduated from Midland High School. He furthered his education at Texas Tech University, where he pursued his higher education.

Services for John will include a Rosary and viewing on Thursday, October 19, at 6:00 PM at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory, located at 3800 N Big Spring St, Midland, TX 79705. A funeral mass will be held on Friday, October 20, at 1:00 PM at St. Ann’s Catholic Church, situated at 1906 W Texas Ave, Midland, TX 79701.
