Frank Newman, 66, passed away February 3, 2026.  He was born to Margaret Speed and John Taylor Newman in Odessa, Texas on October 22, 1959.  He owned West Company of Midland.

Survivors include his wife, Teresa, his son, Taylor Newman and his sister, Mitzie Shoemake.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Heart Foundation.
