John Brooks Orr, 76, of Odessa, died on Monday, August 12, 2002 at Seabury Center. Funeral services will be held at a later date.He was born on May 28, 1926 in Hereford, Texas. Mr. Orr worked for the University of California putting in plate glass windows. He was a veteran of the United States Navy and served in World War II and in the Korean War.Survivors include two sisters, Joan Stutts of Frankston and Vida Belle Cirino of Metarie, Louisiana; and two brothers, Berry Orr, Jr. of Dallas and Paul Orr of Tyler.Arrangements under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory.,
