Joe Howard Cuffman, 74, of Odessa, passed away on August 7, 2018 surrounded by his family. Private services will be held at a later date. He is survived by his children, Kristi Gaston, Carrie Hooten, Casi Thompson, McKenzi Cuffman and Taylor Cuffman.,
