Jessie Lucille Arnett Richters, 82, of Coahoma, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, March 18, 2005, in a Big Spring nursing home. Funeral services will be held at 4:30 PM Monday, March 21, 2005 at the First Baptist Church of Coahoma with Rev. Monroe Teeters and Rev. Guy White, officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Olive Memorial Park.The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM Sunday at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel.She was born on April 1, 1922, in Big Spring, Texas and married Earnest A. Richters on Janury 20, 1939 in Midland, Texas.Mrs. Richters had lived in Coahoma and ran Rick's School Store. After retiring, she moved to Kaufman in 1979 and then returned to Coahoma in 1997.She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Coahoma and a charter member of the Red Oak Baptist Church in Kaufman. She loved her Lord and Savior and was a faithful Christian and lived her faith. Her passion for life was only exceded by her passion for her Lord and Savior.She enjoyed her family, traveling, friends and loved her church.Survivors include her husband of 66 years, Earnest Richters; three daughters and sons-in-law, Veta and Billy Spears of Coahoma, Shirlene and J. D. Topping of Fair Oaks and Linda and R. L. Coates of Forsan; three sons and daughters-in-law, Dewayne and Alice Richters of Alvarado, Dean and Kathy Richters of Coahoma and Don and Susie Richters of Eldorado; sixteen grandsons; seven granddaughters; 42 great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren; two sisters, Lillian Jones of Midland and Joan Nichols of Odessa; one brother, Fred Arnett of Durant, Oklahoma and numerous nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by two daughters, Ginger Darden Davis and Madeline Foster Rainey; her parents, J. G. and Effie Arnett; two sisters, Vivian Andersons and Irene Rice and five brothers, Bill Arnett, Hershel Arnett, Leon Arnett, Garrett Arnett and Ralph Arnett. Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Stephen Spears, Darrell Spears, Alex Richters, Mark Richters, Jeff Richters, Todd Darden, Scott Darden, Cary Darden, Erick Davis, Dale Coates, Matt Coates, Rocky Coates, Rickey Richters, Terry McMahan, Jason Richters and Sean Foster.Honorary pallbearers will be Tim Waters, Donald Reid, Jon Wooten and Duane Thomas.The family suggests memorials to the Alzheimers Association, Greater West Texas Chapter, 4400 N.
