Jessie Dee Wells, 54, of Big Spring, died on Tuesday, April 29, 2003, in a local hospital. Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Saturday, May 3, 2003, at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel with Rev. Roger Huff, pastor of Community of Hope Nazarene Church, officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Olive Memorial Park.     She was born on September 23, 1948 in Marlow, Oklahoma and married Perry Wells on October 16, 2002 in Odessa, Texas.      Jessie grew up in Oklahoma and had worked in the insurance business. She enjoyed working with people, especially kids. She loved to read, go to the movies, gardening and flying in her favorite plane,,
