Jeremy Glenn Adair passed away peacefully on January 7, 2026 after a short illness. He was born on September 26, 1980 to Glenn and Stephanie Adair in Canton, Ohio and spent much of his childhood in Kent, Ohio.
After graduating from Theodore Roosevelt High School, Jeremy proudly served his country in the United States Air Force for six years, while simultaneously earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication. After completing his service in the Air Force, Jeremy began his career in the oilfield. While residing in Louisiana, he became the proud father of his son, Parker Adair.
The oilfield eventually led him to Midland, Texas, where he met and married his wife, Tiffany Gunter, on April 16, 2016. He worked for many years in the Permian Basin oilfield and finished his career as a Crane Operator.
Jeremy had a big and generous heart and was forever giving things away to people, who he thought could use them more than him. He lived to make people laugh and he loved spending time with family more than anything in the world. He became a dog-dad to three, spoiled-rotten pups, Kali, Kila, and Atlas. While he loved cooking with his wife and introducing her to new recipes, he also took great joy in educating her with golf videos on YouTube and hard rock. Jeremy was an avid Star Wars fan, but his first love was THE Ohio State Buckeyes football team. And, through spending time with his wife, he also eventually became a huge fan of the Texas Tech Red Raiders.
Jeremy is survived by his devoted wife of almost ten years, Tiffany Adair of Midland, Texas and his son, Parker Adair of Bossier City, Louisiana. He is also survived by his father, Glenn and stepmom, Susan Adair as well as brothers Zach and Ross Adair (wife, Gretchen), all of Kent, Ohio. Additionally, he is survived by his father-in-law, Russell Gunter (partner, Lori Ripley) of San Antonio, Texas, sister-in-law, Tonia (husband, Jimmy) Martindale of Midland, brother-in-law Rusty (wife, Sarah) Gunter of Lubbock, Texas and niece, Kaci Martindale of Midland. He is also survived by aunts and uncles, Ronnie, Andy, Timmy, Dave and Jeff Hanzel, Cheryl Weekley, and Cindy Adair, as well as numerous beloved cousins. He is preceded in death by his mother, Stephanie Adair, mother-in-law, Charlotte Gunter, and nephew, Kody Martindale.
A memorial service will be held at Nalley-Pickle & Welch funeral home in Midland, Texas on January 17, 2026 at 1:00 pm. Arrangements are under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home of Midland, Texas.
In lieu of flowers, Jeremy requested donations be made to the National Autism Association, the American Cancer Society, or the ASPCA.
