Being in Janet's home with her 1,000 count Egyptian cotton towels and sheets will always be a warm memory for me. It was her ability to embrace and love everyone that she met from all backgrounds. Everyone felt like a member of her family. Seeing that same spark in Graham and Chris was also amazing. Each one of her sons had her personality Adam, the fighter and protector, Clay, the strategist, Scott, analytics. Each one loved the multi generational history of the Pollards! What a blessing to know each of you, and we are praying as you continue her legacy and your dads. The Smith's love you and embrace you during this time!

Lisa Lamb left a message on July 20, 2026:
I am so saddened to hear of Janet's passing. But I know she is exactly where she always longed to be—in Heaven, praising her Almighty Savior. I can honestly say that Janet brought so much joy to my life during the years I had the privilege of knowing her. One of my favorite memories was decorating her home for Christmas each year. She was like a child, absolutely giddy with excitement to see her home transformed for the season. Those visits became about so much more than decorating. I loved how she would take time to sit and visit with us, then suddenly decide it was time for us to pray together. She might have us try on a robe she loved, or share fascinating stories from her life. Every visit was filled with laughter, faith, and genuine fellowship. Janet wasn't just a client—she became a dear friend whom I was blessed to know for many years. Her joyful spirit, unwavering faith, and love for others left a lasting impression on me. My heartfelt condolences go out to her family. I know her larger-than-life spirit will be deeply missed by everyone who knew and loved her. It was evident in every conversation how deeply she loved and adored her family. May you find comfort in knowing that she has heard the words, "Well done, good and faithful servant," and is now experiencing the joy of being in the presence of her Savior. With Sympathy, Lisa Lamb
