     James A. \Jim\ Raoul, 85, of Big Spring, died on Friday, September 5, 2003, in a local nursing home. Graveside services will be held at 1:30 PM Tuesday, September 9, 2003 at the Mt. Olive Memorial Park.      Mr. Raoul was born on January 19, 1918, in Seguin, Texas and married Josephine Dabney in Big Spring. She preceded him in death in 1983.     Mr. Rauol moved to Big Spring after World War II. He had owned and operated a service station until retiring in 1983. He was a Mason and a Catholic.      He had served his country in the United States Army Air Corps during World War II.     Survivors include two sisters, Mary Holmes of Rockport, and Mona Bell Noll of San Antonio; one brother-in-law and sister-in-law Ray and Darlene Dabney of Big Spring; and several nephews.     He was preceded in death by one brother.                Arrangements under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory of Big Spring.
