James Feszchak, 79, of Big Spring, passed away Monday, May 11, 2026 at his residence.
He will lie in state from 9:00 am until 9:00 pm, Monday, May 18, 2026 at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Funeral services will be at 11:00 am, Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel with Nathan Teeters officiating. Interment will follow at 1:00 pm at the Texas State Veterans Cemetery at Abilene.
James was born August 24, 1946, to parents James Feszchak and Genevieve “Sawiski” Feszchak in Wilks-Barre, Pennsylvania. He married Antoinette Carbonaro.
He is survived by his children: Steven Feszchak (Jen Bupp) and Tanya Fortner (Thomas); grandchildren: Sean Feszchak, Mathew Feszchak, Nicholas Crowley and Christiana Crowley and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife.
