Iwanda \Bonnie\ King, 82, of Big Spring, died Tuesday, May 14, 2013, in a local hospital. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, May 20, 2013 at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel with Johnny Cockerham, officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Olive Memorial Park. She was born April 29, 1931, in Girard, Texas and married George Zachary King December 15, 1951 in Abilene. He preceded her in death in 1967.Bonnie had worked for Bell Telephone and at Barq's Root Beer factory. She had been a resident of Big Spring since her marriage in 1951. She loved her family and enjoyed cutting up and laughing with everyone. She enjoyed life so much. She filled our hearts with joy and love and will be greatly missed by all. Bonnie was the best daughter, sister, mother and grandmother.She was a Baptist.Survivors include two sons, George Z. King, Jr. and wife, Amy and Johnny M. King and wife, Sherry all of Big Spring; two daughters, Gloria Panek and husband, Craig of Big Spring and Janie Brown; two sisters, Jean Heck of Lubbock and Exa Ballard of Henderson; eleven grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by two daughters, Rhonda Bledsoe and Mary Jackson; one grandson, Tracy Wayne Bledsoe; two brothers, Floyd Hollingshead and Clyde Hollingshead; and two sisters, Ninabeth Hollingshead and Mae Webb.
