Hazel Pearce 88, of Midland passed away on Wednesday, July 10, 2013. She was born on May 20, 1925 in Hamby, Texas to Jessie and Lural Dement. Hazel married Jack Pearce on October 6, 1945 in Abilene, Texas. They were married for 30 years prior to Jack passing away. Hazel was a kind, gentle, loving, nurturing and self-less person who loved God, family and friends. Her door and dinner table were always open. Her grandchildren and great grandchildren were the jewels in her life crown. She loved them so. Survivors include her children David and Mary Pearce, Carolyn Hunt, Don and Debbie Pearce, and Rhonda and Greg Moore all of Midland; Grandchildren Chris and Amber Pearce,Jessica and Tim Keller, Jason Pearce, Sarah Hunt, Melissa Moore, Geremy and Shawndra Moore; Great Grandchildre Carson Byars, Cheyenne and Kiah Pearce, Gavren and Peyton Moore, and Pearce Keller.
