Gwen Regnier, 73, of Midland, was translated into the presence of her Lord, on Saturday, December 27, 2008, at the Midland Memorial Hospice Inpatient Unit. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, December 30, 2008 at Crestview Baptist Church, with pastors David Edgell and Mark Davis, officiating. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday, December 29, 2008, at the funeral home.Gwen was born on August 25, 1935, in Lake Village, Arkansas. She worked for First National Bank in Midland for 29 years. Gwen married Richard Regnier Sr., on May 11, 1985, in Lamesa and served as a member of the Gideons International Auxiliary for 18 years. She was a member of Crestview Baptist Church.Survivors include her husband, Richard Regnier Sr., of Midland; two daughters, Carma Davis and husband Mark, of Israel and Suleah Edgell and husband David, of Virginia. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, Natalie Davis Doyle and husband Stuart, Joel Davis, Micah Davis, Jonathan Davis, Yarden Davis, Truett Edgell, and Shelby Edgell.Gwen was preceded in death by her parents, and her first husband, John L.
