It is with profound sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of our beloved son, Grant Michael Ausley, who left this world far too soon at the tender age of two on July 27, 2024.
Grant made his grand arrival into this world on October 22, 2021, and was an instant bright light in our lives. He had an infectious giggle and an insatiable curiosity that led him on countless adventures. He lived life OUT LOUD and with no fear. Grant had many loves; among them were fire trucks and cars, time spent playing in the best mud puddles, playing with the most wonderful big sisters a boy could have as well as their friends, and many adventures with his best friend, Buddy the Doodle, who was with him until the Lord called him home. Our dear boy had a remarkable way of turning ordinary moments into extraordinary memories, and his boundless energy reminded us all to embrace life with enthusiasm. Grant attended school at First Baptist Church and Little Ladders Christian Center where he was dearly loved by his amazing teachers and was the life of the party.
Grant is survived by his loving parents, Cheyne and Jennafer, who cherished every moment with their precious boy. He will also sorely be missed by his big sisters, Sophia Paige and Ava Hope, who will always remember him as the fastest, smartest, and funniest baby that they loved playing tag with; grandparents Charlie and Nancy Ausley, Janet and Monte Reinhardt, and Craig and Kelley Foster, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and an abundance of friends, all of whom adored him deeply.
Grant was warmly welcomed at heavens gates by his grandparents Rebecca and Scott Richardson, John (Dadad) and Carla (Gran) Foster, and many more loving relatives and friends.
