I'm very sorry to have heard about this after the fact. My dad was the one that would make sure he was up to date with extended family and now that he is in a nursing home and unable to remember most of the time who we are, we're not knowing what's going on. Mark and I were talking this morning about Gladys and Phillip and our memories with them. Mark has been around much longer than I have but I feel so lucky that so got to be at the Cowboys game where Phillip proposed. He had told Mark earlier and we were all so anxious to see them. As we were leaving the game we walked past the suite where Gladys and Phillip were and Gladys was practically hanging out off the edge to show us her ring. She was so happy and bright and so excited to marry the love of her life. She had the same expression on her wedding day and I’m sure she has that same smile now. We feel so privileged to be apart of those times in her life. We love you Phillip and the Sanchez family.
