Gladine Marie Miller

Gladine Marie Miller, 89, of Stanton passed away at a local nursing home on Thursday, June 27, 2007. Services will be held at a later date in Holdenville, Oklahoma.She was born March 9, 1918 in Spalding, Oklahoma to Otis and Ethel George. Gladine married Millard Steve Saunders, Sr. in Arkansas in 1947, he preceded her in death in 1964. She married George Robert Miller in 1968 in Odessa and he preceded her in death in 1994. Gladine lived in Pettit, Plains, Odessa, Texas and Holdenville, Oklahoma and then moved to Stanton where she made her home. Survivors include three sons: Steve Saunders and wife Nanci of Midland, Ken Neher and wife Sue of Lubbock, and Jerry and wife Carolyn of Sanger; eight grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, and one brother. Arrangements are under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory of Midland.
