Gail B. Boggs, 78, of Fort Davis passed away on Monday, January 1, 2007 in Odessa. Visitation with the family will be from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm, Thursday, January 4, 2007 at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory, 3800 N Big Spring Street, in Midland. A rosary will be held at 6:30 pm, Thursday, January 4, 2006 at the funeral home. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 am Friday, January 5, 2007 at the St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Fort Davis with Father Mike Alcuino, officiating. Interment will follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Fort Davis.Gail was born on March 23, 1928, to William and Vesta Boggs in Indianapolis, Indiana. He married Lorenza Dutchover on March 23, 1991 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He served as a United States Deputy Marshall for 27 years.Survivors include his wife, Lorenza of Fort Davis; two step daughters, Tammy Spence of Lubbock and Loredana Silveria of Albuquerque, New Mexico; 3 granddaughters; 2 grandsons; a sister, Margret K. Cook of Indianapolis, Indiana; and several nieces and nephews. Gail was preceded in death by his parents. The family suggests memorials be sent to the Hope House, 2100 W Tennessee Avenue, Midland, TX 79701.Arrangements are under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory of Midland.
