Francisca Rodriguez, 76 of Stanton, passed away on Saturday, June 11, 2022. A viewing will be held from 8:00am – 9:00pm, Wednesday, June 15, 2022 at Gilbreath Funeral Home with a rosary being recited at 7:00 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 am, Thursday, June 16, 2022 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. Burial will follow at St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery.
Francisca was a great mom, aunt, grandmother, and great grandmother. She enjoyed being outside with her flowers and was always in the kitchen cooking for everyone. She loved to entertain family and friends with the biggest smile on her face. Andrea had the biggest heart and lived a full, warm life filled with joy. She will be remembered and sorely missed.
She is survived by her husband, Domingo L. Rodriguez; three sons and one daughter, Domingo L. Rodriguez Jr. of Sandsprings, Michael and Ines Rodriguez of Stanton, Joaquin Rodriguez of Stanton, and Gloria “Cowboy” Rodriguez of Stanton; six brother and three sisters; twenty seven nieces and nephews; eighteen grandchildren; and twenty five great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Marcelino and Juanita Herrera; granddaughter, Michelle Rodriguez; and great granddaughter, Gabriela Rodriguez.
Pallbearers will be Michael Rodriguez, Jr., Guadalupe Rodriguez, Jr., Louis Andres Rodriguez, John A. Rodriguez, Mark A. Rodriguez, and Domingo Rodriguez III.
