Frances L. (King) Lee, 72, of Fredericksburg, formerly of Big Spring, died on Wednesday, October 17, 2007, at her residence. Graveside funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday at the Trinity Memorial Park Peace Chapel with Rev. Guy White, former pastor of East Fourth Baptist Church, officiating. The family will receive friends from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday at the funeral home. She was born on March 13, 1935, in Big Spring, Texas and married Jack Lee on May 28, 1954.Before moving to Fredericksburg, Frances was a longtime resident of Big Spring. She graduated from Big Spring High School and then earned an Associate of Arts Degree at Howard College, Big Spring. She had worked in military pay at Webb Air Force Base for many years, prior to that she was employed by Fina Petroleum in Big Spring as a payroll clerk.Frances was a longtime member of East Fourth Baptist Church and served as a Sunday School teacher for many years. She was wonderful mother and homemaker.Survivors include her husband, Jack Lee of Fredericksburg; one daughter, Lorinda Lee of Fredericksburg; one brother and sister-in-law, Bill W. and Virginia King of The Villages, Florida; several nieces and nephews and many dear friends in boh Big Spring and Fredericksburg.She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe B.
